    I love Brown Fitness!

    I began training at Brown Fitness 8 months ago after being encouraged by my girlfriends reaction after only going for a few weeks. Erik's work with Kettlebell training is awesome and the sessions are always different. I took one of the many challenges offered and LOST 2" in my waist after only 10 days...Amazing!!

    I have run marathons and was an avid cyclist before and thought is was in good shape but now I have more strength than ever and my fitness level is the best of my life. I always look forward to attending classes and hate when I have to miss one. Now I even go to semi-private sessions with Erik for a more focused workout.

    I highly recommend personal training at Brown Fitness regardless of age or fitness level.
